Program Information
Core Rotations
- Orientation: 4 weeks
- Infectious Disease: 4 – 6 weeks
- General Medicine: 4 – 6 weeks
- Internal Medicine: 4 – 6 weeks
- Critical Care I: 4 – 6 weeks
- Emergency Medicine: 4 – 6 weeks
Elective Rotations
- Subacute: 4 weeks
- Community Hospital Practice at La Palma Intercommunity Hospital: 4 weeks
- Administration II at Centinela Hospital Medical Center: 4 weeks
- Ambulatory Care at Vermont V.O. Pharmacy: 4 weeks
- Critical Care II at Centinela Hospital Medical Center: 4 weeks
- Psychiatry: 4 weeks
- Family Medicine at Pyo Clinic: 4 weeks
Longitudinal Rotations
- Administration 1: 1 – 2 weeks of orientation and longitudinal
- Medication Safety: 1 – 2 weeks of orientation and longitudinal
- Project: 4 weeks and ongoing
- Staffing: 3 weeks of orientation prior to starting weekend staffing and every other weekend

Teaching (optional): Participation in 6 workshops, 1 large group teaching, 1 small group teaching, 2 OSCEs, and precepting APPE students
